Off late I have seen very irritating issue, incoming call notification on ionic stays as is, even after accepting a call.
I use iPhone paired with ionic
On receiving in coming call, I get notification on my ionic (all good so far)
Issue starts here onwards
After accepting a call from iPhone, ionic continues to display call coming in,
This notification continues to remain as is, even after I have completed conversation on phone, the only way to remove this notification is press disconnect button on ionic
What a false alarm, and very irritating behavior

Thanks you, the issue was resolved by unpairing and pairing of ionic - iPhone. Removed pairing by forget device in iPhone.

I tried these steps and mine is still doing it. My old Ionic died so Fitbit sent me a new one. They both had/have the issue.

Hey there @HansRT, thanks for stopping by! So I can better assist you with this, can you please answer the following questions:
- What mobile phone are you using to sync?
- What notifications do you have set?
- Are you having issues with all the notifications or just one specifically?
- Is your mobile app up-to-date?
- Are you aware that once you open the conversation/text on your phone, it won't be on your watch?
- If you tried some troubleshooting steps already, what were those? I'd appreciate if you can list them.

Unfortunately the issue surfaced again. Performed similar steps, resolved for now. I hope it doesn't come back again, it would be irritating if it comes back again and again.

Yes, the issue repeated again, not once but twice, frustrating.
I followed exactly steps as done earlier (as outlined in your post earlier), it works fine for some time and goes back to same problem. On one occasion, the issue was resolved by switching IONIC on and off, other time - reboot didn't help, had to do Bluetooth pairing / un-pairing steps.

I not receiving notifications any more on IONIC, I have tried all these steps few times with no luck. Can someone help? This is a BIG bug, and falls much short of smart watch with notifications not working.
I am starting to think thumbs down to FITBIT due to inconsistencies.
