I'd like to share with you that your Fitbit Ionic use your mobile device information to display the date and time, therefore and just as @JohnnyRow stated, once you complete the syncing procedure your Fitbit will display the correct date and time. Also, this may be fixed by updating the time zone setting in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please check this help article.
