Incorrect time

My Fitbit shows the incorrect time and I have checked settings on my phone and the app.  I have closed out the app and the time is still incorrect.

Assuming you are talking about minutes, not an exact number of hours as in time zone issue, it will get time and date from phone or other sync device when it syncs.  That is only way to set the time, other than time zone issues.  So try to force a sync.

I do realize that does not address how/why time got off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for tour help. I updated the Fitbit app and it resolved the issue.Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S10+, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone
