I have been in contact on twitter with one of your colleagues and they have issued a case no. 25671809 and they told me that some one would contact me. Until now no contact via email.

I am a bit worried on this and my patience is becoming less with regards to this case

My God. What is wrong with support. Since monday they are processing my return label and no feedback except some remarks on the delay. This is the worse support on the internet i have seen.
