Interval timer, finding and setting

I have had my ionic about a month now and I love it. I know I have seen an interval timer but cannot find it. Any help. Also, once I find it how do I change it? Online documentation is weak.

Hi @Patrick1954,

If you go into the app settings for the Ionic, look for Exercise Shortcuts. In there, you can select Interval. If you don't see interval you may have to remove one shortcut in order to add it. In the settings for Interval you can set rest and work periods, as well as repetitions of the intervals.

Once Intervals is installed, you can get to it from the Exercise app on the watch.

Welcome to the forums I only see it on the Web Dashboard.

Click on the gear and choose Settings. Click on the device name Left hand side and scroll down to interval Timer

@WavyDaveyDidn't even think to look under Exercise shortcuts on the app. Thanks!

Thanks. I had to delete another shortcut. Works perfectly.

Why isn't this synching to my Ionic? I changed the interval setting but my Ionic is still showing the original/default values? I've twice forced a synch - no changes to the interval values
