Tried to link my earbuds to my Ionic watch buy going to settings, swiping down to Bluetooth then selected audio device. Ionic would search for about 30 seconds then state no devices found.

Welcome to the Forums @theplum. Hello @Whistler888.

Glad to see you being around to help @Whistler888. Thanks for sharing the steps that you tried to get it to work @theplum.

I'd like to second what @Whistler888 suggested and also try to restart your Fitbit and try to get it to work once again.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hmm?  Check to see if all other BT devices are turned off.  Sometimes that causes problems.  Then put your BT device into pairing mode.  Normally they will flash.  If it pops up then Connect.  Make sure you have music loaded in your Ionic.

If not try restarting your Ionic.  Then try shutting it down.  Then try resetting your BT device if possible.  Then finally try resetting your Ionic to new as a last resort.  If that fails call the number below.  If defective and under warranty Fitbit should replace it.

Normally if all is well your Ionic should find your BT device in a couple of seconds -> then consistently connect to that known device in a few seconds.  Let me know.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
