Ionic Adidas Edition logo keeps flashing on and off

Hi,

My Ionic keeps flashing on and off with the logo appearing then the screen goes blank.

It repeats this sequence for about a minute then goes completely blank.

I tried a soft reset but doesn't work.

I tried pressing all three buttons but still doesn't work. 

Can I get some help?

It's disappointing to hear that it has been recalled.

As @Odyssey13 mentioned, currently there is a Voluntary Safety Recall of Fitbit Ionic Smartwatches and won't be more updates or watches. For more information, please visit our web page at help.fitbit.com/ionic.
