I am completely disappointed in the ionic adidas edition. I bought it in 2018, from then until now it had broken 4 times. I had it replaced 3 times and each replacement failed after about 7 months.
the customer service was great with Fitbit but I am just so over the unreliability with Fitbit failing me. I was offered yesterday another replacement or 50% another product. I have decided against both.
I hit 1000km for the year and that sync was when my watch failed me. 😢

Sorry you have had so many problems with your Ionic, @S-M-C. I got Ionic when they were first released, and it is over 3 years old. It is still fully functional. It is unfortunate that your Ionic wasn't as reliable. Best of luck with whatever replacement fitness tracker you choose.
