Problems started 3 days ago:
Therefore I decided to follow the instruction to do the factory reset, and now my Ionic Adidas can not restart after the factory reset.
I got this Fitbit since 2018, and it was running very well without any problem at all, until now.
Need help.

The Fitbit Customer Service is great!
Today I get my ionic replacement ordered through Fitbit customer service.
Lucky me that I'm still within the 2 years warrantee in EU.
The service was quick and efficient.

I have tried restarting it multiple times. It seems that this may have been due to the OS update. The fitbit was working fine. I did the OS update, then it stopped tracking my steps and heart rate. I couldn't sync it with my phone. I did a factory reset, now it won't do anything. It's stuck on the start-up/setup note to download the fitbit app. I try to sync it with my phone to go through the setup process, but the app on my phone says it doesn't see the fitbit. I restart the fit bit multiple times, and its plugged in and fully charged.

After 3 days, it's still not waking up yet. I wish the Customer Support team can reach me soon.

New update to everyone. Funny things happened.
The new replacement of Fitbit Ionic I got 5 days ago, present the same issue right now.
Is that some kind of virus from the Fitbit application?

Turn off by itself, and can not turn on again.
I'm very sure about this time it is the software issue.
