Ionic Adidas showing 0 exercise

I've had my Ionic Adidas edition for just a few weeks. Today I ran 6.5. All other stats seem to have recorded, but exercise minutes, which show as 0. I have restarted the phone but to no change in results. Help please?

@Denisetr Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for sharing the experience you are currently having when tracking exercise. What do you mean by exercise minutes?

Is it active minutes or the duration of your exercise?

If it is active minutes; please check this article that will give you more details about how they get tracked which has to do with the constant intensity of the exercise.

If it is not showing the duration of the exercise; please share a screen shot of it.

Hi, I'm having that problem again. Last time I tried restarting and maybe forgetting the device. Can't recall what worked. Here's a picture that shows no exercise minutes, days or active hours for today despite the fact I ran 4 miles. My watch also says 0 of 5 days exercise, but 80 minutes of exercise today. Step count is working. No sleep info on my device or phone either.
