Music on my ionic Adidas edition started skipping a couple weeks ago, figured it was the watch because i'm on my 3rd or 4th in a few years. I've honestly lost count at this point and used to running into issues.
Anyways, I downloaded my music to my girlfriends ionic (non-Adidas edition) and it has the exact same issue.
Bluetooth headphones work perfectly on my i-phone and I always turn my i-phone bluetooth off before pairing to ensure they don't cross wires.
Extremely frustrated a this point and think the only solution is going to switch to another brand.

Same here, I can see it has been a problem that has popped up at least once a year for the past few years after an update. Tried all the fixes online and nothing works.
Fitbit needs to get on to this.
