I'm trying to connect my new Ionic (Adidas) to our wifi via the Fitbit app on our Windows 10 PC and having problems with the Bluetooth. I'm using the Bluetooth dongle, which seems to be working fine since I can connect and sync with the tracker just fine. My PC's Bluetooth mouse and keyboard are also working.
When I click on the Wifi Setup button in the app, I get a "Bluetooth is off" pop up. When I click on the Apps button I get a "Please make sure Bluetooth is on" pop up. I've restarted both the watch and the PC multiple times, and cycled the watch Bluetooth multiple times. For some reason, only a portion of the Bluetooth connectivity seems to be working. Any troubleshooting tips? Thanks.

Welcome on board @AlyssaDGG! Thanks for already troubleshooting this setup inconvenience with your Ionic Adidas edition, nice way to go!
To set up Ionic Adidas edition in the Fitbit app, follow the on-screen instructions to set up your watch. Note that you must first select Ionic, then select Fitbit Ionic: adidas edition as your device. For more set up instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Have you also checked if the mobile device you're trying to setup your Ionic with is included in our list of supported devices? If so, have you checked that the app is up-to-date (iOS, Android)?
If you keep having difficulties setting up your tracker, I'd recommend taking a look at the article Why can't set up my Fitbit device?. If the Fitbit Ionic: Adidas edition option is not showing up, please send me a screen shot of the options you have available so I can go from there.
Hope this helps, let me know the outcome!

Hi. Following up on this. I tried all of these troubleshooting tips and eventually ended up on a long chat with customer service. Very strange what's going on. Customer service rep could see that my Ionic was connected to my PC (via Bluetooth dongle), and my last sync, but I continued to get the same "Bluetooth off" messages I mentioned earlier when trying to set up Wifi or explore Apps. Suspicion is that I may have received a bad dongle. I'm going to try installing the Win 10 app on a laptop with built in Bluetooth and see if that helps isolate the issue.
