I have had my Fitbit Ionic for a good bit of time so I am use to the usual plethora of tricks you try to get the watch running right. I was having issues downloading a new clock face. After the normal plethora of trouble shooting steps I decided I would hit it with a factory reset and start fresh. Now I can't even get a device to pair with it for set up! I have tried on both my laptop and my phone (while ensuring the device was only paired to one device each time). I keep getting a screen that asks me "Is your Ionic Powered on?" with the option to try again. I try again and I get a final page that telling me to try different trouble shooting steps such as turning bluetooth off an on. All of which I have done before. If any of you guys have run into this I would really appreciate some help! Right now I have a $300 brick that doesn't even work as a watch!

Your initial problem might have been with the phone, have you restarted your phone? Maybe shutting it completely off?

Have you tried going into you phones Bluetooth settings and unpairing the Ionic from there? Then try the set up process again.
