Ionic App Notifications Resetting back to none

Has any one noticed on the screen where you set notifications that you want to receive, the section for other notifications resetting back to none when you restart your phone? To be clear, this is not the sections for phone calls or txt msgs; it is only the 'other' section that I've noticed doing this.

This happened to me last night. I finally had notifications working somewhat after 2 days of struggle and then, nothing they all stopped. Looked through everything and then discovered they were all wiped out. I didn't even restart my phone.
