Ionic Battery Died-Stays at 0%

Hello,

I have the following problem with my Ionic: the battery died and will not charge. It stays at 0%. Here are the steps I have taken to try to fix the problem:

1.Use different plugs such as computer or wall outlet (tried a few different plugs)

      2. Reset using the buttons on the watch itself

      3. Clean the connectors on the watch

      4. Turn the phone off and on

      5. Let the watch charge

Mine did the exact same thing yesterday.  It died and stays at 0%.  I have followed all of the same steps that Maria had, but to no avail, it still stays at 0%.

I have exactly the same issue. Have tried to restart it, tried different connections, the only life I'm getting out of it is it says '0%'. From looking at the forums this is a common issue, is it a universal battery fault FitBit? It's annoying 'cos I've only had it a year..
