Ionic Battery Life

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I bought an Ionic earlier this year. It has been totally awesome with it's recording and stats. I have only had to charge it every week. However, yesteday I found it dead and the battery at 0% so it stayed on charge for a few hours until it was back at 100%.

This morning I went to check the time and once again it is at 0%.

Is this a known problem? Should I return it??

I have been having issues for over a month. Nothing with the battery until today. Charged it to 100% before bed and at 1:00 pm it's at 69%.

I would call Fitbit and see what they say. I've had Fitbits for 2.5 years and never had battery issues. The one I have now is a replacement to my other 2 year old Ionic and it's 10 days old.

Return it immediately!  I have had this happen to 2 Ionics.  So far customer care is not helping replace it. This watch is a throwaway.  I am sorry I got one for my son in law and told my brother in law to get his.
