Hello,
I've had my Ionic about 18 months now and the battery was working fine, i'd noticed maybe a tiny bit of a deterioration in battery life but nothing major. It died the other day, charged it to 100% but within 5 hours it was completely dead again. Charged again and noticed similar was happening so tried factory resetting the watch but unfortunately the issue still persists. It went from usually lasting a couple of days easily to now only a few hours.
I know i'll likely be recommended switching off nearly all the functionality to maintain battery but i'm not sure that would be a suitable solution for something that cost the amount that it did as well as unlikely to improve the battery life that much either.
Also after factory resetting the device I noticed the HR monitoring is no longer functioning. I never noticed before i reset it if that was the case but assuming the same issue is causing both issues.
Has anyone had similar issues and found a suitable solution?
Certainly more than happy to try a few options!

My Ionic has done exactly the same thing as yours. Have had mine about 18 months also. I noticed it was losing time, a few minutes here and there. Now it is over an hour slow. I charge the battery to 100% and it's fine for only a few minutes. No HR monitor.

Looks like others are also having similar issues. Seems a common fault - Potentially a design failure.
