So my battery is now only lasting about 15 hr . From 100% to dead, glad I got extra warranty when I bought it . Touch screen is going out as we’ll

Our Ionic device was designed to last 5 days but the battery life also depends on how frequently you use it’s features. Therefore, I recommend you charging your Fitbit with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall, then turn OFF all the features that you don’t use and check this help article for more tips and recommendations. You can check: How do I clean my Fitbit device? to properly clean your device charging contacts and the charging cable too.
Regarding the screen difficulties you're experiencing, can you please provide me more details about this concern? Is your Ionic screen not turning on at all or turns on intermittently?
