Ionic Black screen

I can’t get the screen to work. Battery is full it counts my steps but it’s just a black screen. When I hard reset it vibrates and the green light flashes

My touchscreen broke on both my Ionics.

 

Fitbit seems to be having problems with this technology.

 

I have run out of patience and am switching to another manufacturer.

 

I recommend that everybody else do the same before they invest in an Ionic.

I am not giving you a second chance to fix a product that was so defective that you should have never sold it.

 

I give up...Going to Apple Watch.

I owned 2 ionics.  They both broke.

 

It's cut rate technology.

 

The touchscreens are muy defective.

I bought the Apple series 3 watch for 250. Cheaper and a far superior product. Will never go back

I’m still getting a vibration and the green light at the back is flashing but my screen is black too. I am unable to do a factory reset. It makes no difference.
