Ionic Bricked

Anyone have a suggestion how to deal with this? Ionic working one day, completely bricked the next. The standard instructions for the thousands of people dealing with this problem don't work for me either. I keep asking for advice but for some reason the company keeps deleting my comments. Help friends!

After a firmware update my ionic became bricked. It won't reset or anything, I wonder how often this happens. It has been like this for a month and a half. I do miss it
