Ionic Buttons not working correctly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Today my Ionic started randomly popping up the Music Controls screen as if I was holding down the back button.  This seem to happen shortly after I received a text from my phone.  I tried to restart initially by pressing and holding the back and bottom button but it would not.  I then tried to set up the Ionic as a new device, which did work but while now the Music Controls is not coming up, the back button doesn't seem to be working at all.  When pressed it does not wake up the screen.  Also the top and bottom buttons no longer open their apps.  They only wake the screen.  Wipe up and swipe down and swipe left still work.  Swipe right does not work.

Any ideas?

Make sure that there isn't any dirt around the button.

Also swipe over to setting, from there you can do a restart or power off without having to touch a button.

I have done a restart through the settings app.  No change.  I did a factory reset which seemed to work initially but within an hour I have received odd reactions.  Now the back button does work, the bottom button does not work but yet it did initially.  The top button still works.  The music controls/screen wake/notifications screen continues to pop up .  I have tried using washing the watch with water and a wash cloth, still no change.  It will not reset via the back and bottom buttons either.

It continues to track steps etc but the constant vibration when it brings up the settings screen is obviously not acceptable.
