Ionic Can't get notifications and Can't Control Music

Set up phone and started working fine until Bluetooth got disconnected. Now i cant get notifications.

cant control music functions. Now i have a 250 dollar digital watch. I cant believe i bought this crap

@johnwillson Welcome to the Fitbit family! Do you still have your Ionic set up to your account? You can confirm if you see the Ionic image on the top corner of the Fitbit App when you open it.

 

If you don't, then you will need to set it up once again. Please check this article to get the steps to have this done correctly. 

 

Also, check this other one to get the steps to set up the notifications for your Ionic.

 

Last, but not least, check these steps to get your music into your Ionic and start listening to your favorite songs.
