Ionic Clock face blank all other screens fine

Hi the clock face on my ionic is not showing after installing the latest software update, all other swipe through screens and apps visible and stats still track.

I have tried the following:-

-Restart (restarts but issue persists)

-Installing new clock face (completes but then states unable to install)

-Deleted tracker from my account and reset from scratch

 

Next step is resetting with a hammer!

If you have switched to a third-party clock face, I suggest you try switching to one "by Fitbit".  Sometimes clock faces developed by third-parties don't immediately keep up with required changes.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Nope, tried that, having seen the post re tbe software update and request to calibrate, I think it's that that has killed my fitbit like it has for many many others, but thanks for trying to help 👍

I'm having similar issues from an update this morning. Please let me know if you discover a solution that doesn't involve a hammer 😉

There's a seperate, much longer post, under the ionic help topic that I've since seen, it states the update has killed loads of ionics, fitbit appear aware its down to the update but are only offering 35% off a new one!!
