Ionic Completed Setup No "Wi-Fi Settings"

I setup my Ionic using my desktop which is hardwired to the network. It connected to my router via wi-fi, and setup completed. When I run the Windows 10 Fitbit App, click on the Account icon and the Iconic tab, there  is no "Wi-Fi Settings" displayed anywhere. Also, no "Add Network". I installed the Fitbit app on my laptop which is connected via wi-fi. Still no appearance of "Wi-Fi Settings" nor "Add Network". Without these, there is no way to connect the Ionic to the same wi-fi as my laptop, therefore there is no way to transfer any music files to the Ionic. Any ideas on how to remedy this situation?

Yeah I read thru some but none solved my problem which is why I decided to
post a new entry on the subject. Oh well, guess I'm stuck with the
watch. I'll tell you what, this is probably the last time I purchase a
Fitbit product!

The fact that my dashboard has no place for wifi settings and I am trying to update my Fitbit is a problem.
