I’m so disappointed that my ionic died! Wouldn’t charge or turn on! It actually had a full charge when it just went black and pushing button a did nothing. I left it on the the charger to see if that would bring it back, nope. So sad because I’ve LOVED this watch. It’s seems that spending $250 on a watch - it needs to last longer than 15 months! When we called customer support - the gentleman was very professional and did what he could, but 25% off my next purchase just isn’t good enough. I may have to look into other comparable brands, like Garmin. Anyone else have a similar situation? How was it resolved? I really just want my Ionic to work, I loved it! But I’m not spending another $250+ to get just 15 months.

Mine is 8 months & it's dead. I rely on the sleep feature & steps taken daily. I got nothing to bring my Dr.

Did you get a warranty replacement?

It would be nice if you could tell if its screen issue or a cpu issue... I can fix screen issues... (replacement) if I knew that was the cause... mine is on and actually still vibrates on time with my previously set alarms... just nothing shows up on the screen... $250 for a watch that fails in less than 2 years is crazy... My Blaze still works...dang! A 20% off offer is not enough...obviously there are many people with this issue... Fitbit! Stepup!

Two Ionic dead after some few months. I guess the product is not durable.

Just has the same exact situation and timeline happen with the same response from Fitbit. Pretty pissed that only a 25% discount is given due to the fact someone invests so much into a product. If people are not going to get any type of ROI then maybe come down on your costs. Also, if you are experiencing this same thing (and are reading these post and expect a different outcome) don’t bother. Analogy given to me was this is the hospital and we are the 2% of ionic users. You will always find disgruntled users or “sick” issues on these forums, and we do not truly represent the larger part of happy user ionic/Fitbit users. Beyond frustrating!

Hi. Thanks for offer. It's dead. At one point it flashed 0 battery. Attached the charger & now I can't even get 0% battery to display. It does not notify me/butzz when it should either. I have DM in with Fitbit to see if they can help.

My Ionic just died at 11 1/2 months. I have a bit of a heart issue and I use my Ionic to monitor my heart rate. If I can’t get it replaced I will have to go with something else next.

You should be eligible for warranty replacement since you are under 1 year.

Mine has died after 13 months. My dealer said that they don't like being charged on a wall plug but that sounds stupid to me. And I haven't read that in fitbit instructions. How has everyone been charging theirs?

Only ever used a wall charger. THAT'S what killed all our fitbits?

My Ionic died after 13 months and my 3 year old Blaze is still working but I gave that to my daughter.

I think we all only ever use a wall charger? If that's the case Fitbit should say only charge on a computer but I don't think they do? My Blaze has only ever been charged from the wall and that is still going!
