I apologize if this question has already been answered. I've tried to find an answer that works with no luck. I have an IONIC, Iphone X, everything is updated with the latest software and the Ionic and Synching with my Phone no Problem. The issues is that information is no longer showing up on fitbit.com dashboard. I've tried a number of fixes with not luck. Any advice? Thanks, Ray.
Sometimes my Fitbit does that. Try logging in/out of the dashboard and see if that helps.
