Bought in July 2018 and it died yesterday.   Spoke to customer service and did all of the suggested fixes.  Nothing worked.  Based on the posts it appears the Ionic is faulty.  A device at this price should not die in such a short time!!  Disgusting

I'm sorry mine mine is still going strong. How are you charging it?

 

See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
