I got a low battery warning, I put it on charge and it was charging. I went back an hour later and it was dead. I tried to reset and it did not work. The same thing happened to my daughter's Versa but hers was still in warranty and replaced by the shop we bought it from. I live in South Africa and cannot find details on where to send it for repairs?

My Fitbit Ionic had over 50% charge on it. Due to a long distance race i needed extra charge .I coonected it to Laptop for approx 20 minutes and checked and the screen on the watch had gone blank and dead. Now i have this watch only since January. Also i tried a different laptop to try and see was there a problem but no and the lead from watch to laptop is ok.. I am in Ireland and had to replace the Versa with this as i had problems with the GPS. . Fitbit supplied this and i had to pay them the balance as it was more expensive. Can anyone help me here . I am a 65 year old runner still going.

My ionic is just out of warranty. My daughters versa did the same thing but fortunately was in warranty so hers was replaced. The shop I bought it from only deals with warranty repairs so I have no idea where to go in South Africa.
