Ionic Doesn't Register Active minutes and the GPS doesn't connect.

for several days my FITBIT Ionic doesn't register active minutes. Even when my heartrate is in the different zones for longer periods of time.

And when i start a run or walk my fitbit wouldn't connect the gps, since 2 months in the Netherlands, but when i was in Germany for Holiday it connected instantly, back home again it doesn't connect to de gps.

 

I've already done an reset of my FITBIT.

 

Can some one help me.

Hello @BroedersM and Welcome!  Sorry to hear your having issues with your Ionic.  As an Ionic owner the Reset usually fixes things right up.  I see in your post that you have already completed that and would recommend you do the RESET "3" consecutive times.  That hopefully will clear up everything, but if not, you may need to do a Factory Reset, which will bring your Ionic back to when you first received it.  Before we do that however, I would recommend the "3" consecutive RESETS..  Please post back and advise.

Hello @GySgt_Seidell thank you for the advice. For now the active minutes works but only a small bit. I'll keep an eye on it so when it doesn't in prove I will put up a new message.

For the GPS I have not yet had the time to test. So for that I will respond later.
