Purchased my Ionic from Kohls 6 months ago... things were going reasonably well ... I could never seem to get the music to sync up.. but I don't have time to do the drama for some tunes...
Lately, some kind of update wouldn't upload...tried multiple times over the past few weeks.
App kept displaying messages about blue tooth problems ...
which makes no sense since my blue tooth is functioning with other devices.
.
Now the charge goes from 100% to dead within a few hours.
Sometimes I can see a flicker of life, of hope if you will, 😉 but now, it's TOTALLY DOA..... except my app tells me it's fully charged.
I just ran to Wal-Mart and purchased a flex so I can stay on track while this ionic resolves.

Have you tried restarting your Ionic? If not do it several times. It that doesnt fix things try a factory reset (in the Settings app on the Ionic). If that doesnt help contact Support (link in my signature )
