Since update yesterday I have lost the tracking icon on my Fitbit and getting no exercise tracking at all 😰

@Ciara2run Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to share the situation you are experiencing after updating Ionic to its latest OS version. 

What specific app icon is the one you are not seeing? You mean the Exercise app? Does the missing

icon looked like this?

Please perform a restart on Ionic and check if the icon will then re appear.

Unfortunately my tracker is still not picking up
I have turned off logged out and did the factory reboot but no joy

Have you checked your phones app settingsset see if the exercise app is an installed app?

The Fitbit icon is no longer on my phone
It is not an app
Since it vanished my phone is no longer tracking

@Ciara2run Thanks for your reply and for sharing all of those details and for trying those steps in order to sort this out. 

If the Fitbit app icon does not show on your phone means that it is not installed. Please go to your app store and download the Fitbit app for free. Once you have this app installed you will be able to install other apps and sync your watch.
