I tried logging out of the Fitbit app, then turned off Bluetooth, then turned off my phone for over 3 minutes, then turned the phone back on, and turned on Bluetooth. Lastly, logged back into the Fitbit phone app. The exercise app on my ionic starts to open but does not load, and returns to the home screen. Help?
