New Ionic, less then 5 days old. It shuts down and restarts automatically over and over. Cannot any other apps or settings. When it starts up and I swipe up/down/left or right it shuts down and restarts again.
Unit fully charged 100%

@bonebreaker What watch face have you installed. I've 27.31.1.16 (which is the dev release) installed with no problems. I'm wondering whether something you've installed is causing a conflict.

I have downloaded no other apps, only apps that came with unit. I did change watch face to the "City Skyline" from fitbit app.
I thought same thing, so I changed back to original face and Ionic still starts and shuts down automatically.

Given the problems, I'd consider removing the Ionic from your account, restarting it and then try adding it as a new device. Perhaps that way it might try and check its software is up to date and download a fresh version.

Yes, I tried unistalling all fitbit software and removing watch from device. Also tried connecting fitbit to PC to force firmware update per phone tech support. Nothing corrected issues.
I returned watch to place of purchase and got another unit. It has been one week with no issues yet.
