I updated my Ionic to OS 2.0 last night, and when I woke up this morning I finished it and went to the gym. My fitbit is working great and I like the new update. I noticed when looking in the app on my LG G5 (not one of the problem phones) that it was telling me I still needed to update my firmware for the ionic. It was also showing the the ionic has a medium battery level when it is fully charged.
I went to the trouble shooting section of the fitbit website and I restarted my phone, system updated my phone, toggled my bluetooth on and off, forced the app to stop and then turned my bluetooth off and then back on and reopened the app. I have tried updating it again and it just goes right to syncing and says done after like a minute, then says I still need to update the firmware. My app and my phone are both up to date, as well as my ionic.
I'm not sure what to do here. Has anyone else had this problem? Did I do something wrong?
