My Ionic freezes, won't keep time, and won't sync with my phone or reset. Unfortunately, Fitbit is not being a help because their site for help leads to just some weird log in thing. How can I get this thing to start working again or send it in for service, or something?

@thelasterd If you have not done so, I would suggest giving your Ionic a couple of reboots This link should help
