Ionic GPS data is missing in my Fitbit App after my exercise and syncing to the mobile app

Hello,

 

I went for an outdoor run (GPS tracked) on Sunday 05/24/20 at 10:08 PM PDT. I went for 7 miles, and ended my run at 11:15 PM PDT. I went with my Ionic Adidas edition. After my run, I came home, and my Ionic wouldn't sync with my mobile app. I'm using an iPhone 7+.  I decided to disconnect my phone with my Ionic, and reconnected/reestablished the connection. Soon after, I saw that my run was synced to my Fitbit account, but I don't see any GPS data on it. Could you please look into your data and see if you see my GPS data? Thank you..

 

I was not running with my phone.
