Is anyone else experiencing problems with their ionic GPS function?

I use my ionic for running and the gps accuracy is beyond a joke. I am getting distances over 2 miles out on a 10 mile run. I have contacted customer service and I was told to do a factory reset which I did.  It now takes 20 minutes to pick up a location. 

The only advice Fitbit offered was to log my runs manually......
