Ionic GPS maps not showing anymore

Since the end of November all my bike rides have not shown the map when recorded using GPS. All the stats are there from the ride including the milage with the little location symbol next to it but no maps.

 Anyone know why?.stopped app restarted phone and Ionic several times etc.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared, the screenshots attached into your post are also appreciated. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Hi

 

I using a Samsung A70 Android phone the last map appeared on the 29th November . The next ride i turned on GPS was the 5th of December but no map appeared. I have tried again today on a walk and again no map but all details are recorded.

Thanks for the details that were shared with me. For a better understanding of this situation, can you please confirm if your Ionic device does track GPS information during your exercise or do you experience some connection difficulties? Please restart your device and let me know if the issue persists.
