Ionic GPS not tracking the map and erased runs maps

Hi,

Just got my Ionic replaced for issues in the screen and after I connected the new watch to my dashboard/profile and went for a run, realized that the map tracker, which used to work well, didn't work. GPS was activated and everything seemed to be in place.

Secondly, realized that all my past runs that were recorder in maps are gone. There's only a register of the heart rate and not other details of the runs. Is there anything I am doing wrong or this is possibly another issue to be raised to the complains department? thanks

Yeah the software def has multiple bugs and glitches.  On my App summary page it displays the wrong map for certain Exercises.  On the website it cannot display certain Exercises and just has a spinning wheel of death.  As well Strava on my replacement watch disconnects on its own and has to be reset.  So is a very buggy experience for sure.

Def call Tech Support and see if they can make heads or tails with your issue.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
