My ionic gps has stopped working completely. I was having issues with it taking a long time to connect but now, it never connects at all. Just says “searching” continuously. And I ride my bike in an areas that I lose signal on phone so I got this watch so my gps would still track from the watch. And it did for a while but not anymore. I see many other ionic users are having the same issue. I have tried all of the suggestions to reset and fix. Every single one. Still having this issue. Has anyone gotten it resolved? Any answers from the Fitbit developers who answer these questions? Please help!

@Simplee_dee Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
I appreciate the research done prior to posting and the troubleshooting performed.
All devices with GPS sensors require a direct path to GPS satellites to calculate location. A weak GPS signal might affect the accuracy of your route and other activity data. Your device uses your step count to calculate distance until it finds a signal, so the total distance calculated for a workout may be slightly less accurate when GPS isn't available for the entire time.
There's a new firmware update for Ionic if you have received it, please update your Ionic to the latest version. If you haven't received it yet, please confirm you've followed the troubleshooting on this article.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
