I bought is Ionic for a week. Went out run for two times, each time about 5 miles and 45 minutes. During the whole time, Ionic GPS stuck at connecting but never connected. The second time, I took my iphone and my old Garmin vivoactive HR with me. Both the iphone and vivoactive HR locked to the GPS immediately. But Ionic still stuck at connecting. Both Garmin and the app Runkeeper on my iphone kept the route accurately but Fitbit did not. It looks definitely Ionic has a hardware or firmware problem. Can any one please give me some suggestions? The screen looks nice but it does NOT work.

I just called their support and she just asked me to do the factory reset and go through setting up a new device routine again. 1 hour late, its setup process takes quite a while, it still does not work. It is very likely their latest firmware screw things up. Any fitbit employee reading this, please let your higher up know your latest firmware breaks the GPS !

I haven't used it much but ever since these last tow updates it hasn't connected. Last time it worked correctly was in March.

Hello,
same thing here... After performing factory reset I was expecting to fix it, but no result. It is still not connecting. Please advise!
