Ionic HR light won't turn off and heart rate incorrect

About 3 days ago my HR monitor light turned solid green and started giving crazy HR's!  Of course the battery runs down within a couple hours and even though when put on the charger the battery is at 0% the light doesn't always turn off (and that is with the HR monitor turned off!). I have tried toggling the HR feature on/off, disconnecting and reconnecting the bluetooth, turning the watch off/on, and letting it die (at least I thought it was dead until I moved it and the darn solid green light comes back on!). Any other suggestions? Thank you!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that heart rate lights on your Fitbit Ionic turned solid green, won't turn off and your heart rate is not being tracked accurately. Thanks for trying to resolve this and providing the additional details, I am here to help. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution. I recommend to continue working with them since they have already all the details and special tools to continue assisting you.
