Ionic HR monitor not working

Hello. My ionic heart rate monitor not working.   I have tried toggling the heart rate monitor on/off directly from the watch.  I've tried restarting the watch by holding the two buttons down.  Nothing works.  No light from the sensor. I've tried redownload the app. 

Help!

Since yesterday morning I have exactly the same issue on my Ionic.

No heart-rate, no steps. Screen has low clarity. 

Have restarted more than 5 times. 

Syncing and notifications still work.
