Ionic HR tracking crashed

Hello,

Yesterday the HR measuring feature on my Ionic crashed. The green light was blinking, but no HR was shown on the screen. I have been moving the clock around my wrist, but definitely the problem was not in a bad contact with the skin.

I did a restart through the menu, it did not help. Then I held all 3 buttons to restart the watch. It did not work out. Then 4 hours later I switched the watch off for 5 minutes, started it again, and the HR measung feature came back to life. Probably it was a software mistake. Developers - please fix it:)

@RuslanM I hope you're doing well! Thanks you so much for sharing the workaround that fixed this on your watch. I'm pretty sure this will be very useful for other users who might experience this.

Have you experienced this again since the first time it happened? I will investigate to see if there are any other users out there experiencing the same.

@SantiR Hi there! The issue with the HR monitoring happened only once, after that occasion I did not experience it. Nor did I update the software on the watch after that.
