I am thinking of buying my husband an Ionic but he is a hard core athlete. Has the HR been fixed? He does 50-60 miles a week of running so if the HR doesnt work he wont wear it.
Any updates to this issue?

When it was first released,Fitbit says that the ionic has the most accurate hr sensor ever in a Fitbit and it has been confirmed that the hr doesn’t spike like other fitbits during workouts. The Versa will have a similar sensor.

Tightening the band seems to help.
