Hello all
I did the upgrade last week and I noticed during workouts that my HR reading doesn't go
above 107 or 108 when I know it should be much higher. My resting HR is correct in the low 50s.
Thanks for any suggestions or ideas

@PatPasquale It's great to see you around. I appreciate the details mentioned.
I would like you to try the tips mentioned in this article: How do I improve the accuracy of my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes.

Hello Sylvia
Thank you for your suggestions.
I restarted the Ionic and no changes happened and then I shut it down and no changes happened.
I read the article and those suggestion did not fix the issue of the HR reading NOT going above 108, 109.
thank

@PatPasquale Thanks for getting back. I appreciate the research done and the troubleshooting performed.
It's pretty weird that your Ionic heart rate isn't going above 108 or 109. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
