After I installed the latest update, I charged my Ionic to 100% and now the green light doesn't come on in the back nor does it record steps or heat-rate. Tried to remove from account and reinstall but that didn't work. Any suggestions?

Try restarting it a few times and see if that gets it going again. Let us know how you go

A warm welcome to the Community @Illinijoe05! I appreciate that you already did a restart. I would like you to perform the following:
- Make sure your heart rate setting isn't off
- If your heart rate setting is on, switch it to off and then change it to on
- Sync your device after changing the setting
- Confirm you've restart it by doing these steps
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
