Hey, I've been waiting about 2 hours for a new Ionic watch face to download. Now I have "Clock Error. Got o the Fitbit mobile app and try another clock" shown on my watch, and I can't do anything else (buttons won't work, swipe won't work, my watch just shows the time, so it's a really expensive, expensive regular watch). My Fitbit app on my phone keeps downloading and downloading, and the progress bar just fills and then empties and then fills and then rinse, repeat forever. How long do these things take? Do I have to do another factory reset on my watch?

I would do a RESTART and do it several times if necessary.

Already done. In fact, that's the only thing the buttons will do at this point: restart. At this point, since I can't swipe or use the buttons to do anything else, I can't even do a factory reset.

Yes, you can still try a Factory Reset by holding down all three buttons for several seconds until something happens. But I would contact Customer Support before getting that drastic.
