Ionic Issues

I generally like my new Ionic but since it looks like this is where one goes for tech help here goes-  after working somewhat flawlessly for the 1st week or so I now cannot get the clock face to come on without the button press- slow , fast , jerky , smooth- nothing will get it to wake. And I now have to log in every single time I go to the app- it does not seem to recall my password etc at all.

Swipe Left on the screen and there should be an option called Scree Awake. Set it to auto and you will get the expected functionality.

Something automatically puts ionic in this mode and I used to get this problem everyday. At one point I just learnt to ignore it. Finally I returned the watch for some other reason.

@Shmoo, ensure that you did not accidentally change the Screen Wake setting from Auto to Manual. I have found it very easy to accidentally tap on that setting when checking the battery strength, and it toggles from Auto to Manual.  If that is on Manual, tap it to set it back to Auto.
