Ionic - Keeps saying I am walking/running

I went for a 20km run on Saturday this past weekend.  When I got back home my watch was still saying that I was running/walking, it shows that I am taking steps when I am sitting/standing still?  I have shut it down and reset it to the factory settings, removed it from my phone and it is still saying that I am walking/running?  Has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you to resolve this issue?

@Kimdup Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to share the experience you are currently having with Ionic so far. Thanks for trying the factory reset steps, shutting it down, and removing it from your phone in order to sort this out.

 

This is very strange! Is it saying you are walking/running like when you use the Exercise app or is it just tracking a lot of steps on its own?

 

The only step left you can try is changing your clock face to a different one. This has helped other users in the past with similar issues.
